General Classes

Ages 6-9

Our general classes for the kids focus on developing essential drawing and painting skills, enhancing colour recognition, and fostering creativity and imagination. Little artists will explore basic shapes and forms and gain an appreciation for famous artworks using watercolours, crayons, and coloured pencils.

Ages 10-13 

For pre-teens, our general classes introduce intermediate techniques in drawing and painting, art form exploration, and project-based learning. Students will enhance their critical thinking skills and get a digital art introduction. Materials used include acrylic paints, charcoal, and digital tablets.

Ages 14-17

For the teenage group, we focus on skill refinement, art critique, and portfolio development. Students will explore conceptual art and dive deeper into hybrid art projects, working with oil paints, ink, and mixed media.

Advanced Classes

Ages 6-9

In our advanced classes, children will learn basic techniques in painting, drawing, and relevant visual arts. They will delve into composition, add more detail and precision to their work, and develop projects on various art tool combinations including pastels, clay, brushes, etc.

Ages 10-13

Advanced students will explore complex art techniques, composition and design, and develop their style. They will study traditional and contemporary art forms and participate in exhibition-level projects. Materials used include watercolours, ink, illustration markers, etc

Ages 14-17

In advanced classes, students will master specific art techniques and learn advanced creating processes including graphic design and layout. They will be introduced to professional practices, develop their artistic voice, and explore multimedia art, and mixed media. This class will also emphasize portfolio enhancement, utilizing digital art, mixed media, and enhanced modern creative techniques.
